When you choose Roofer Chicks®, you’re not just getting shingles, metal, or TPO — you’re getting a team that’s all in, with a promise to stand behind our work for the life of your roof.
✅ What’s Covered
Our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty applies to qualifying full roof replacements as outlined in your signed contract. We guarantee that your roof was installed to manufacturer specifications, by trained professionals, with quality that lasts.
If a problem ever arises due to a workmanship error, we’ll fix it — at no cost to you — for as long as you own your home.
🔐 This warranty must be explicitly stated in your contract to be valid.
Projects using certain materials or in severe structural disrepair may not qualify.
🚫 What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not apply to:
- Repairs, partial roof work, or home service projects
- Damage caused by:
- Hail, wind, storms, or acts of God
- Rodents, raccoons, squirrels, or other animals
- Solar panel installations or other equipment attached to the roof post-installation
- Foot traffic from other contractors (HVAC, pest control, etc.)
- Homeowner modifications or structural changes
- Neglect or lack of proper maintenance
🧹 Your Role: Roof Maintenance Is Required
To keep your roof eligible for this warranty, you must perform basic maintenance every 3 to 5 years, including:
- Cleaning gutters and valleys
- Removing leaves, debris, and standing water
- Inspecting for damage or deterioration
- Maintaining proper ventilation and drainage
⚠️ Failure to maintain the roof may void this warranty.
🔄 Warranty Transfers
If you sell your home within 12 months of the installation date, this warranty automatically transfers to the new owner. After 12 months, the warranty becomes non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
