At Roofer Chicks®, we believe that being a great roofing company isn’t just about putting on high-quality roofs — it’s about building a stronger community.
Every year, we take time to give back by donating our labor, offering reduced-cost services, and partnering with incredible manufacturers like Malarkey Roofing Products, GAF, ABC Supply, and Lomanco Vents who generously contribute materials to make it all possible.
These projects are our way of using the skills we have — roofing! — to make life a little better for our neighbors in need.
But it’s not just about giving back — it’s about growing our team too.
When we take on community projects, we bring everyone: our office staff, our sales team, and our roofing crews. It gives newer employees an opportunity for real, hands-on training in a setting that is meaningful, supportive, and deeply connected to our values. It’s not unusual to find our sales reps and office staff swinging hammers right alongside our field crews!
We are proud to serve New Braunfels, Marion, Canyon Lake, and the surrounding areas — not just as roofing contractors, but as committed members of the community.

Training Our All-Female Roofing Crew (2020, New Braunfels)
Our very first project with our female-only crew, using shingles donated by GAF. Roofer Chicks® donated the labor to provide essential hands-on training and a strong start for these trailblazing roofers.Moms of New Braunfels Uncensored Roof Project (2023, New Braunfels)

A meaningful project supporting Rock Haus, a nonprofit serving adults with intellectual disabilities. GAF donated materials, and Roofer Chicks® provided the roof at a significantly reduced cost.Roof Replacement for a Gentleman in Need (2025, Marion)
When we learned of an elderly, hearing-impaired man living with severe roof damage — so bad that raccoons were getting inside — we knew we had to act. With help from Malarkey Roofing Products, ABC Supply, and Lomanco Vents, we replaced his roof completely free of charge.
Each project represents a piece of what we believe in: community, craftsmanship, compassion, and connection.
