What can you expect from Roofer Chicks if you choose to do business with us? We firmly believe that one of the very best things about our company is that we have developed sound processes so that your job keeps moving through our pipeline and you receive the type of communication from us that you deserve.
- First Contact – You can contact our office by phone, email, on our website form or social media. Once you contact us, we assess your needs, set up a job, and assign a salesperson to your job. We set an appointment for our salesperson to come visit the property.
- First Visit – We will arrive on time! We believe your time is valuable and we do not want to waste it. When we arrive, we will discuss any concerns you have. Next, we will get on your roof if possible (we believe drones can only “see” so much and like our own eyes and feet on the roof) and assess the issues. Our salesperson will determine if we think we can repair the roof, or if it needs to be fully replaced. If it needs to be replaced, we will look for storm damage and let you know if we think you might have grounds for an insurance claim. We don’t believe in selling you things you don’t need – if you don’t need our services, we will tell you.
- Insurance – If we think your roof should be assessed by your insurance company, we advise you to call them. Once they have given you an adjuster appointment, we are more than happy to meet with the adjuster at your property. Sometimes it helps having your roofer and your adjuster on site at the same time (9 times out 10), so that there is an opportunity to agree on the scope of the repairs.
- Estimate – Our salesperson will send you an estimate (usually through email) to review – sometimes we give you more than one option. This is usually emailed to you within 24 hours of your initial site visit.
- Contract – If you agree to the estimate, we generally have you e-sign the estimate, which turns it into a contract. If you would rather, we can also get you a hard copy to sign instead. Once the agreement is signed, our salesperson turns in a work order and the job is ready to schedule.
- Scheduling – Once the job is ready to schedule, our goal is to contact you within two business days. Our production department will call you (or email if you don’t answer) to set a date that works for you and us.
- Permitting – We are sticklers about permits – if your project requires permits, we will pull them. You don’t have to worry about any of this – we will take care of it.
- Bad Weather – If there is bad weather on the day of your installation, we may have to reschedule. We usually don’t make rescheduling decisions until the morning that the work is supposed to be performed – because you know how much Texas weather can change!
- Installation – Installation can be loud and messy, but when we are done, we will absolutely clean up after ourselves! On the day of installation, we will be monitoring your job and ensuring it meets our quality standards. On full roof replacements, we do multiple quality checks and do a final inspection.
- Warranty and Photos – At the completion of your job, our production team will send you during and after photos of your project. Once we receive final payment, we will file for any extended manufacturer warranties that were included in your project.
- Review – There is nothing better than a great review! Once your project is complete, it would mean the WORLD to us if you would leave us a review. 50% of our customers are from repeats and referrals and in today’s world, a good review is gold. Thank you!!!!
